SHIPPING

We are aiming to ship all orders the same day of payment received or within 24 hours. Every order is carefully packed and checked. As soon as your parcel has left our premises you should receive an automated shipping email with your Tracking Number and link to Royal Mail website.

United Kingdom

For all home countries we are using Royal Mail  with Recorded Signed For.  Please note that you would need to sign to receive your parcel so have this in mind when filling your delivery address.

International

We ship all over the world using various carriers who provide the most reasonable cost and fastest delivery. In any case, your parcel will be insured, and also note that you would need to sign receipt of your parcel so have this in mind when filling your delivery address.

RETURNS

All items should be in perfect condition when they leave our premises. Just in case you have any problems or you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please feel welcome to contact us within seven (7) days of delivery for exchange or refund.
